Weekend Trillz: 5 things your skin needs every day

With about 2 square yards (1.7 meters squared) of exposed skin to care for, it makes sense that many people’s medicine cabinets are crammed with skin-care products [source: iVillage]. But for most of us, using more than two or three of those products on a daily basis is unnecessary — and may even be doing more harm than good.
The exposed layer of skin we’re slathering with lotions, creams, toners, scrubs and cleansers is called the epidermis – it’s the outermost of the three layers of skin. The epidermis is the most vulnerable to environmental damage, typically UV light that can leave it discolored and old-looking; and skin in general undergoes an aging process that can leave it looking dull, wrinkled and dry. Enter the hundreds of “scientific” skin-care products on store shelves — some costing upward of $100 an ounce — intended to clear, plump, de-wrinkle, brighten and just generally beautify all different skin types.
In reality, it’s not rocket science. Skin only needs a handful of simple, inexpensive “treatments” to get and stay healthy — and healthy-looking. And many of those treatments are the same ones the rest of your body needs to operate at its optimum level. Adding additional, expert-recommended products into a skin-care routine isn’t necessarily a bad thing, and can in some cases be quite beneficial; but for most people, effective skin care is actually a pretty simple process.
In this article, we’ll find out what everybody’s skin needs every day, why those elements are so important, where you’ll find them, and which supposed “necessities” might really be harming your complexion.
The first daily must is the most obvious: Healthy skin has to be clean.

1: Antioxidants

Antioxidants are widely believed to be beneficial for both cardiovascular health and cancer prevention. They’re found in all sorts of foods, including fruits, vegetables, seafood and oils. Antioxidants’ free-radical-fighting activities destroy molecules that can damage healthy cells, and as it turns out, they’re as great for skin cells as they are for every other cell in the body.
While many different antioxidants can be beneficial to the skin, two in particular get lots of attention:
  • Vitamin C – Builds collagen for plump, tight skin. Find it in whole grains, apples and citrus fruits. Aim for 75 milligrams a day [source: Edgar].
  • Vitamin E – Protects cell membranes and “boosts” skin-based nutrients that fight off UV damage. Find it in wheat germ oil, almonds, and peanut butter. Aim for 15 milligrams a day [source: Edgar].
Other skin-beautifying antioxidants include selenium, thiamine, beta-carotene and zinc

2: Sun Protection

When you use sunscreen, you’re not just helping to protect yourself from diseases like skin cancer; you’re also helping to prevent the signs of skin aging that come from sun exposure. Skin that’s left naked in the sun ends up more discolored and wrinkled and less elastic than skin that has been steadily shielded from UV radiation.

In fact, what most of us think of as “aged skin” is, more specifically, sun-damaged skin. To protect your skin from the effects of the sun, you can choose either a chemical sunscreen, like avobenzone or oxybenzone, or a physical one, like zinc oxide or titanium dioxide. Either way, look for one with a sun-protection factor (SPF) greater than 15, and apply it at least 20 minutes before you’re going to be in the sun. That way, the active ingredients have time to take effect before the UV exposure begins. If you go swimming or have occasion to sweat a lot, be sure to reapply  afterward. Up next, another element of great skin that doubles as a cancer fighter.

3: Essential Fatty Acids

Essential fatty acids, or EFAs, are an important component of any healthy diet. They help to build up the lipid-based cell membranes that hold in water and nutrients. In the case of the skin, those lipids also form an oil barrier that protects the skin from UV damage and pollutants.
Without EFAs, skin-cell membranes and that overall protective barrier can’t work effectively. The skin ends up overly exposed, dehydrated and prone to produce a more harmful type of sebum, leaving it dry, inflamed and blemished [source: Bouchez].

The EFAs you need to keep your skin looking great are primarily omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. Omega-6 is found in tons of foods, including poultry, grains and cooking oils, so you’re probably getting plenty of that. Omega-3s are somewhat harder to come by; you’ll find those in cold-water fish, like salmon and sardines, along with flaxseed and safflower oils, kidney beans, walnuts and spinach. Some skin experts also recommend another EFA, gamma linolenic acid (GLA), for its anti-inflammatory effects. GLA is founds mostly in plant oils. You might find it helpful to take an omega-3 or GLA supplement to improve your skin health. You’ll find those in most grocery stores, and definitely any natural-foods store. EFAs can improve your complexion from the inside. Up next, something to protect your skin on the outside.

4: Water

The human body is full of water — it’s 55 percent to 75 percent of what we are [source: ASA]. Water flushes toxins out of the body, allows our cells to absorb nutrients, and keeps our digestive processes moving smoothly. But that water isn’t a constant. The most basic bodily processes, like breathing and sweating, remove that water from our cells. So for our cells to function properly, we need to consume alot of water to replace what we lose.

The skin is no different from the rest of the body when it comes to needing hydration. Water helps to remove impurities from the skin that can lead to pimples, and it hydrates to keep the skin looking plump and smooth.
To keep the skin hydrated, you should drink at least half a gallon (2 liters) of water each day [source: Edgar].
Up next: Water doesn’t do much good if your cells can’t hold on to it.

5: Cleansing

Cleansing is the most basic element of any skin-care routine. It not only removes excess dirt, pollutants and pore-clogging oil from the epidermis so it can remain blemish-free, but it also preps the skin for any subsequent products you’ll be using, so active ingredients (like vitamins or sunscreen) can penetrate and be most effective. But not all cleansers are the same.

First, a facial cleanser should always be soap-free; the soap products you use on the rest of your body are typically too harsh for the face. And, as with most skin-care products, you need to pick one that suits your skin type. For very dry skin, you might want to go with a creamy cleanser. Dry and/or sensitive skin should always go alcohol-free, whether creamy or not. An oily epidermis can benefit from an acidic cleanser, like an alpha-hydroxy product, which does a better job of breaking up sebum – the skin’s oily secretion that can lead to clogged pores. Whichever cleanser is right for you, be sure to massage it into your face for at least 20 seconds so it has a chance to do its job.

Cleansing is all about the surface of the skin. Up next, going a bit deeper…

Don’t Worry…Be Happy..

“I am determined to be cheerful and happy in whatever situation I may find myself. For I have learned that the greater part of our misery or unhappiness is determined not by our circumstance but by our disposition” - Martha Washington

Happiness is by choice, so is worry, anger, fear which are negative emotions which won’t do you any good. Choose to be happy today and always. As the new week begins hope that you have a cheerful disposition all through the week even when your boss stress you for those deadlines, and don't forget, keeping with smiles up, it sure helps.

What usually makes you happy?

OMG How Evil! Viewer Discretion is Advised- How Charly Boy's Cousin, Emeka Aseme was murdered And Body Parts Taken Out

Charly Boy's cousin, Emeka Aseme, a business tycoon and a hotelier was forcefully taken away by gun wielding men during one of his visits to his 5-Star hotel in Oguta, Imo state on 24th February. Aseme's family managed to contact the abductors who demanded N8m ransom, which the family paid but Emeka was not released to them. On the 9th of March, the men who took the hotelier contacted his younger brother and directed him to go to a community between Owerri and Oguta called Okwonji, to find him brother.

Emeka's decomposed body was found in a bush path, with his sexual organ , eyes and the heart plucked out.

His decomposed body with vital organs missing...

Viewers discretion is Advised

Meanwhile, about five suspected hired assassins have been arrested in connection with the incident. This has twisted the suspicion of many people who had earlier thought that the killers were kidnappers.

Also one of the killers allegedly sustained serious injuries during the shootout with the three policemen who were manning Emeka’s hotel in Oguta. The three policemen were all killed. The injured kidnapper who ran to a hospital in Port Harcourt was requested to present his military identity card before treatment, since he went to the hospital on a military uniform. Unable to provide any proof that he was a military man, the police were invited, leading to his arrest. Five of the killers have already been arrested, and police investigations have revealed that the supposed kidnappers were actually hired assassins.

Charly Boy reacted to his cousin's gruesome killing, saying:

"I have never seen a thing like this since I grew up in Oguta. This is extreme barbarism. How can a man be so callous to his fellow man to the extent of removing different parts of his body until he finally gave up? This is unheard of. What is this country turning to? What era is this? As far as I know, no evil doer will go unpunished. Every evil committed by man to man must surely be redressed, if not now, certainly later, if not by man, then by God, for the victory of evil over good is temporary. We are waiting for the outcome of police investigation. After then, we will take the campaign to Oguta. We must agitate for peace. The peace that has eluded us must be returned. We are not known for this.”

This is so sad, what a way to die...GOD have mercy!

Don't Do It- 7 Worst Reasons to Get Married

There are so many wonderful, romantic reasons to get married… but on the flip side, there are also the worst reasons to get married. I’m not judging; I just want your marriage to be as happy and successful as possible and I think thats the whole essence of this blog.

To that end, I’ve put together a list of what I think are the worst reasons to get married. Take a close look at your situation and feelings, then compare them carefully against my list. Take a deep breath, and let’s get started.

1. FOR THE KIDS
It may seem like a no-brainer to marry the father of your children, if you had them out of wedlock, but it’s not always the best idea, and in fact, is one of the worst reasons to get married. I speak here from close personal shared experience! I’m not suggesting that the man may not be a good father, but that doesn’t automatically qualify him as a good husband. If you’re hoping marriage will make him into a good father or husband, it’s sad, but it won’t. He is the father and partner he is, just like you’re the mother and partner you already are.

2. TO PLEASE YOUR FAMILY
I know of a close pal who married the first time to please his wife's family; in a way he was pressured into marrying because
they thought it would settle him down. It was a total disaster, of course. Making any major life decision with the goal of pleasing someone else almost always means putting your own interests and happiness on the back burner… and it almost never works out.

3. TICK TOCK!
Your biological clock may be ticking, but rushing into a marriage so you can have children may be a disaster in the making. Your future husband is more than a potential sperm bank; think of him as a partner, then the father of your children, then as your husband once your children are grown. If he doesn’t fit this formula, you might be making a rush into marriage for the wrong reasons. Besides, you don’t necessarily need a husband to be a mother-that’s what actual sperm banks are for! Am only being objective if you if you don't agree with my views here.

4. FOR MONEY
Marrying for money, or financial stability, isn’t in itself a bad idea to get married, as long as both of you know why you’re getting into it. Marriage is, of course, much deeper than romantic love; picking a partner with similar financial goals and habits is actually a good idea. But marrying solely for financial profit is a bad idea, morally, ethically, and even statistically: these marriages rarely work long-term.

5. YOU’RE LONELY
Even if you’re afraid you’re heading down a path that will lead you to being the crazy cat lady, the one who reeks of loneliness and desperation, destined to live forever alone with your ever- increasing collection of porcelain figurines, don’t marry a man you don’t adore just so you won’t be alone. Yes, companionship is important, but imagine how sad it would be to meet your dream man… after you’re already married.

6. YOU THINK HE’LL SETTLE DOWN
If you’re hoping your man will change, settle down, once you’re married, think again. While everyone makes practical changes once they’re married, often times their habits and personalities don’t, no matter how much we wish they would. Marrying a man, hoping he’ll change, is a set-up for disappointment.

7. FOR THE DREAM WEDDING
You’ve been planning your dream wedding for years, pinning glamorous goodies on Pinterest all lunch hour long. But do you see beyond the wedding into your married life, into the future? If you spend more time day-dreaming about the invitations you’ll send, the glittery head-piece you’ll wear, maybe you don’t want the marriage as much as you want the wedding.

While these are, in my view, the reasons to get married that will make your marriage most likely to crash and burn, everyone, every relationship, is different. I just want what you want – a happy, fairy-tale marriage that lasts forever.

Which of these reasons puts you off the idea of tying the knot, and what would you add to my list?

WHAT SHOULD BE THE IDEAL AGE GAP FOR COUPLES?

Despite the unfortunate rise of the cougar phenomenon (not that dating younger men is unfortunate, just the use of the term cougar), it seems as a society, we’re still more into May-December relations when the guy is the December. Or is it the May? I'm not sure I actually know what that expression is supposed to mean.

But what I’m trying to say is, more people still think that a romantic relationship is ideal when it’s between an older man and a younger woman. Specifically, four years and four months older, which was the average “ideal” age gap as reported by a survey of 2,000 adults.

While slightly less than half of people said there was no ideal age gap (good call, sensible people), 33% of women wanted a guy up to seven years older than them, while only one out of a hundred women preferred a younger man. Not that I have anything against dating younger or older guys, but here’s some afternoon uggghhh:

According to the research, Financial stability was one of the biggest reasons women cited for preferring older dudes, since 55% of women said they couldn’t afford rent or mortgages on their own. Thanks, wage gap!

Most of the guys I’ve dated have never been my age gap rather a couple of years older. Not basically because of the finance, but cos I think they are more matured and understands the woman better.

I will say that while I don’t have a rule against dating younger guys, I probably wouldn’t consider it my ideal dating situation either though. It all left for individual decision to make. It all get down to finding who makes you happy, either way Old or young. Stupid society and its conditioning like my hubby would say, "no rules and conditions when Love is Concern" that men look handsome and distinguished as they age while women don't.

Do you have an “ideal” age difference What is it? Is there anybody out there that prefers younger guys?

DO-IT-YOURSELF! BRIDAL SHOWER BOUQUET CUPCAKE TUTORIAL PLUS RECIPE

A bridal shower is a time to have fun, gossip, chat and indulge. Catch up with the girls, hear the news. If you’re hosting the party at home, then you’re going to need some refreshments to hand to keep you fuelled during all the wedding conversations. In which case it might be a good idea to set your drinks and food up buffet-style.

Your friends may all be bringing a dish to share. That’s why we've had to show you this tutorial for cupcakes which would be ideal to make for a bridal shower because they are delicious, pretty and would look great as a sweet buffet table centrepiece.

Even cuter, they come arranged as a cupcake bouquet – so if you’re looking to arrive at a bridal shower with a food offering, then these would just look fabulous. They make a perfect bridal shower gift. We discovered the recipe via Make Bake, a company who make all the decorations and embellishments you need for home baking. Stuff like edible glitter, special icing sugar, colours, cupcake cases.

Anyway, here’s the instructions for a bridal shower cupcake bouquet from. You’ll need a favourite cupcake recipe – here’s a basic one we’ve found for vanilla, lemon and chocolate cupcakes.

● 12 cupcakes
● Pink icing frosting
● Green Cupcake cases
● Piping Bag
● Small Flower Pot
● 6” Styrofoam ball ● Toothpicks
● Pink Ribbon Step

1: Bake 12 cupcakes to decorate your bouquet, any flavour of your choice (we would suggest creating the bride’s favourite flavour if you’re planning to give the bouquet as a gift). To add to the overall effect of the cupcake bouquet, you can also use green cupcake cases.

Step 2: Using a pink fondant and piping bag, gently squeeze the bag and pipe frosting around in a spiral onto each cupcake to create a flower effect. A top tip is to ensure your fondant is room temperature and your cupcakes are cooled before starting to pipe your icing.

Step 3: Place cupcakes in fridge while you prepare the Styrofoam so the icing becomes firm. Simply place a Styrofoam ball within a small flower pot, we would recommend gluing the ball to ensure it is extremely secure. We used a 6″ diameter which should neatly fit 12 cupcakes. Once the glue is dry, place two toothpicks in each area where you want a cupcake to sit around the bouquet.

Step 4: Once your cupcake icing is firm, it is time to add the cupcakes to the bouquet. Place each cupcake onto each pair of toothpicks, adjusting toothpicks as needed to secure each cupcake. Try to cover as much of the styrofoam ball with cupcakes as you can to give the best effect, and add additional toothpicks to secure each cupcake where necessary.

Step 5: Once you are happy with the layout of your cupcakes, add a sprinkle of edible glitter and a beautiful ribbon to finish the bouquet. We hope you enjoy creating this beautiful cupcake bouquet as much as we did. As well as a bridal shower gift, the bouquet also works well for birthdays and baby showers, and is a great way to showcase your cupcakes at a party or event.

Products to create the bouquet can be found online at www.MakeBake.co.uk (who also supplied the photograph).

Relationship Talk Saturday...

Hello My Fabz fans and followers hope your weekend is starting off on a relaxing, stress free note.

A lot of ladies write me so I decided to put something out there for the men, and also for the ladies to share with their guys/brothers/friends.

Remember you can always write me at info.posche@gmail.com and your story might just be featured on the blog, don't worry we can make you anonymous if you are the shy type, we simply share your story *wink

Here’s some RELATIONSHIP ADVISE FOR MEN... I title this "Treating Her Like a Princess"
culled Relationship Advisers

1. BE SENSITIVE: Women love men that are sensitive by nature. This can also mean openly declaring your love and not being afraid to do so where ever you are. She will secretly revel in the fact that you are so proud of her.

2.DON’T COMPROMISE: Women are forever changing their minds on what they want. You must be a master of compromise to make a relationship with a woman work. Men should have a lot of patience and be good listeners so that you will know what to expect.

3. TRUST HER INSTINCTS: It is known that a woman’s instinct is usually pretty accurate. Accept that women are guided by common sense more than anything else, so if they tell you to follow a certain direction, they will probably be right.

4. GIFTS AND TIME: Women love spending time with their lovers and getting gifts too. They love a man that gives especially if he is creative with gifts.

5. FORGIVE EASILY: Be forgiving of things that are said in frustration and anger. Never use them as ammunition in an argument later either.

6. COMPLIMENT HER: Women love compliments and can never get enough of them. You should however be cautious in dishing out too many, because they can end up becoming meaningless as well. You should look for a balance here. Build up her self confidence by letting her know she looks good, has made a great decision, or been a wonderful cook .

7. TREAT HER LIKE A PRINCESS: Women are dreamers and still little girls at heart. She desires to be the center of attention and you are the knight on a white horse rescuing her.

If you are in love with a woman and she loves you back unconditionally then you have a relationship that is truly worth fighting for. Try and learn as much about her as you can while you are building a relationship; what she likes and does not like etc. When you start understanding her better you have a lifelong loving partner that is worth more than all the money in the world.

So, there you have it. Do you have more to add to this?

xoxo

Weekend Trillz

How many times have we said something that we immediately realized was not the right thing to say? How many times do we look back on an event and think, "If only I had…"

How many times do we do something that we wish hadn’t done? I've learnt that You can’t change what has been said.

You can’t change a past event. You can’t change what has been done. So, do you drown yourself in regret, sorrow, repentance?

Do you think about what might have been? Do you relive an event the way it should have been?

Forget about regret, and focus. Focus on today, not on the past. Focus on what you can do now, not what you didn’t do then.

The only thing to regret is living in the past. The only thing to feel sorrow for is not living each day to the fullest. The only way to repent is to sincerely say, "I’m sorry".

Don’t live your life regretting yesterday.

Live your life fully, so when tomorrow comes, you won’t regret today

International Arrest Warrant Issued Against POPE FRANCIS I, Jorge Bergoglio, For Crimes Against Humanity & Child Trafficking...

..DETAILS HERE!!!

This sounds like a joke to me...

Via ITCCS:

The same Common Law Court that tried and sentenced his predecessor and other church and state officials has today issued an Arrest Warrant against the first Jesuit Pope in history, Jorge Mario Bergoglio.

A signed and sealed copy of the Warrant is captured below.

The Argentinian prelate assumed criminal liability and became subject to immediate arrest by occupying the Papal seat in the wake of the conviction of the Vatican as a criminal organisation on February 25, 2013.

Bergoglio's role in the death of Argentinian citizenship during that country's "Dirty War" and in the trafficking of the children of political prisoners also compelled the International Common Law Court of Justice to issue the Warrant today, which is one year in duration.

Italian and Argentinian citizens, and any man or woman, are authorized by the Warrant to be involved in Bergoglio's public detaining.

"The Pope is the head of a predatory power that is waging an undeclared, centuries-old war against the entire non-Catholic world" commented ITCCS Field Secretary Kevin Annett today in Vancouver, where he delivered a copy of the Arrest Warrant to the Catholic Archdiocese office.

"Since we and our children are being assaulted by a corporation that is a law unto itself, we have the right to defend ourselves and detain or stop altogether those responsible, as in any war".

A Public Proclamation is being read out in twenty eight countries this week by ITCCS members, publicly banning those church and state officials who cannot be immediately arrested under these Warrants.

Keshi Used And Dumped Me - Emmanuel Emenike

Highest goal scorer at the just concluded AFCON in South Africa, Emmanuel Emenike has expressed disappointment in Coach Stephen Keshi and the Nigeria Football Federation for abandoning him immediately after the nations cup.

The Super Eagles forward is unhappy that since he was side lined by a hamstring injury against Mali in the tournament last month, he has not received even a phone call from Keshi or any official from the Glass House.

"I must be honest with you, I have not been treated well by the coach and the NFF because they ignored me so soon, so fast,” he lamented.

“Nobody from NFF and the coach have called to ask me about my injury. I am bitter about this. It is unfair and I can tell you that is why some players don’t come to give their best for the national team.

Continuing, he said, “When a player gets injured on national duty, I think the country’s football authority and coach ought to keep in touch to let him know he is loved and cared for. I am not a use-and-dump player. I will not act as one at all because my club career is very much important to me than anything.”

He added: “Look at a player like (Victor) Anichebe (Everton striker was injured while on national team duty last year), no one cared about him and you think he will come to national team to give his best. I am not worried about that but I just need to tell them it’s unfair. It is not everything that is money, but a call just to show you care could change someone’s problem at a particular time.

Emenike who plies his trade with Russian side Spartak Moscow thanked the club for being there for him even though he cupped the injury away at national duty and expressed his intention to return to action because he has “missed the game much”.

I Didn't Pay Kim Kardashian$500,000 - Darey

Last month, it was heavily rumoured that DareyArt Alade paid the controversial American TV. reality star, Kim Kardashian a whooping $500,000 just for her to co-host his “Love Like a Movie” Valentine concert in Lagos.

Those who peddled the rumour claimed that Kardashian only appeared on the stage for 45 minutes and then, disappeared into the thin air.

But reacting to the rumour for the first time, the multiple award-winning R&B singer said, such a thing never happened. “It was all rumour, but I enjoyed while it lasted,” he told Showtime during the week.

However, declining to comment more on the matter, Darey said, he would have loved a situation where the rumour continues endlessly. Kim Kardashian came under heavy attack by most fun loving Nigerians for her guest appearance at the show. Kim reportedly appeared only for 45 seconds to speak to the cheering crowd before ‘vanishing’. Shortly after arriving her base, the 32- year-old actress tweeted: “Just landed back home! 20 hours of flying. No big deal.”

Woman stages surprise proposal to boyfriend at airport, and he said YES!

A woman surprised her boyfriend, who had been away on a two-year church mission trip, with a flash mob wedding proposal as he arrived home.

She recruited her friends J.D. Bynum and Nina Williamson to come up with a dance routine and rehearsals started three weeks ago.

Austin Spitler was shocked to see friends and family performing a choreographed dance to Bruno Mars‘Marry You as he passed through security at Will Rogers World Airport in Oklahoma on Monday.

He was even more astonished when his girlfriend, Brittany Jones, got down on one knee, produced an engagement ring box and asked: ‘Will you marry me?‘

Thankfully Miss Jones’ effort paid off, and Mr Spitler said ‘yes‘.

‘I love you. Will you marry me?‘ he asked Miss Jones, who also said ‘yes‘.

Mr Spitler said that he was not annoyed that his girlfriend got there first, and later he exclaimed: ‘Oh my gosh this is the greatest day of my life.

It’s overwhelming for sure.’ It was the first time Miss Jones and Mr Spitler had seen each other for two years and they had only been in contact via email and letter.

Ha ha! I don’t think i have the guts to do this. Some Nigerian might appreciate it but others will simply take you for granted afterwards. I trust them. So don’t blame me when i stand by my words, ‘I won’t do this’. Lol.

My Oga At The Top; Lesson Learnt!

For some days now, the media has been over flooded with the phrase: "my oga at the top", which emanated from the live interview @channels_TV granted Mr. Shem Obafaiye, the Lagos State Commandant of the Nigeria Security & Civil Defence Corps. (NSCDC). Whilst so many have chosen to turn this to a joke, I think it should be an eye opener for us.

Now, let's glean some lessons from this;

1. Be very conversant with the happenings around you at all times. Ignorance can be deadly!

2. Regardless of your qualification, strive to possess a Sound Interpersonal Communication Skill (IPC). This will prevent you from making incoherent presentations. He was unable to answer any question appropriately!

3. Regardless of the case, be calm, remain yourself. Don't be too "Boss Conscious". This was a challenge
the man had. He wanted to please his Boss at all cost, hence, the phrase "My Oga at the top". Refrain from worshiping people! ||« Respect all, fear none. Honor all, worship none! »||

4. When asked a question and you don't have an answer, please just open up by saying you don't know. Better still, say you'll get back to the person. This led the man to giving "ww.nscdc that's all!" as the URL for his organization. Don't EVER misinform people!

5. In this jet age, it will be highly calamitous to get ready. Please DON'T GET READY, LIVE READY! The man obviously wasn't expecting the questions asked. Bear in mind, that this same interview could have boosted Mr. Sham's image if successful.

||«Sometimes, the path that leads to success may also lead to failure! »|| This is a lesson for us all!

Photo : Truck Crushes Okada Rider To Death While Trying to Escape Police Arrest

A commercial motorcyclists, popularly called okada rider, identified as Rahman, has allegedly been chased to death by men of the Nigerian Police Force at Akowonjo Roundabout, Alimosho Local Government, Lagos, southwest Nigeria. The deceased was crushed to death by a fast moving articulated vehicle at about 6pm, yesterday while trying to evade police arrest . The sad incident resulted in traffic gridlock and motorists were stranded for hours as Okada riders in the vicinity went on the rampage to protest the death of their colleague. The deceased, P.MNEWS gathered was said to be a tailor, who also rode the motorcycle in the evening after close of work to make some money.

An eyewitness told our correspondent that the deceased was trying to evade arrest by the policemen who were on patrol in the area, apparently to enforce restriction of okada on that particular road as specified by the Lagos Traffic Law.

“He was coming from Shasha end of the road en-route Akowonjo roundabout after close of work as a tailor when he ran into the policemen on patrol. Before then, he had only gone to make a U-turn from the same roundabout when he could not find a passenger to carry. “In the process he ran into policemen and in an attempt to escape from the arrest he fell under
the tyre of the articulated vehicle which crushed him.

Lagos to shut down Isolo Mortuary

Lagos State Government, yesterday, said the mortuary of Isolo General Hospital would be shut down from March 26, 2013 in the interest of public health.

Announcing the new development, Commissioner for Health, Dr. Jide Idris urged members of the public to make arrangement to claim bodies of deceased family members or relatives kept at the morgue before commencement of closure date.

Idris said any members of the public who still required accommodation for their loved ones, could make arrangements to transfer them to Gbagada General Hospital mortuary or the General Hospital Lagos mortuary.

The recently renovated mortuary in Mainland General Hospital had now been designated a Social Responsibility Centre and would henceforth receive and accommodate only some categories of bodies, the commissioner explained.

Dr SID Unfollows Everyone On Twitter

The Nigerian singer shocked his many fans on twitter when he ‘unfollowed’ the 4,920 Twitter accounts he had been following for a while.

He gave no particular reason for his action, but dropped a couple of hints.

‘I‘m starting over. #lifeistooshort live your life and let others live theirs “what YOU eat doesn’t make ME shit”. My true followers will understand, for everyone else all i can say is sorry. If you’re still here when i’m ready to continue, we’ll have fun together if not hope you have a fulfilled life‘, he wrote on Twitter after ‘unfollowing’ everyone.

‘in your time of trouble or despair, your true friends will show themselves, stand up and be counted .. and ur enemies shall also be revealed’.

Dr SID recently lost his father, veteran actor Justus Esiri to diabetes.

Exclusive: U.S. President Barack Obama To Dine With First Black Miss Israel, Yityish Aynaw

U.S. President Barack Obama is set to dine with the beautiful Miss Israel, Yityish Aynaw, when he makes his first visit to the state as a U.S. leader. But no worries...it's all innocent.

White House officials insisted that the 22- year-old beauty be invited to the gala dinner, hosted by Israel's president Shimon Peres, after hearing how she became the first Israeli of Ethiopian origin to win the beauty queen contest.

According to the Telegraph:

The mass circulation Yedioth Ahronot newspaper reported that Ms Aynaw – who immigrated to Israel from Ethiopia with her Jewish grandparents after the death of her mother when she was 12 – would have the chance to exchange pleasantries with the president. She told the newspaper that Mr Obama's status as America's first black president had inspired her to make him the subject of her high school graduation essay. "For me, he is a role model who broke down barriers, a source of inspiration that proves that every person really can reach any height, regardless of their religion, race or gender," she said

Tuface And Annie Idibia Take Delivery Of Their Prado SUV from Akwa Ibom State Governor

Yesterday, Tuface and Annie Idibia took delivery of the brand new Toyota Prado SUV that the Akwa Ibom state governor, His Excellency Governor Godswill Obot Akpabio, promised them as a wedding gift. The state government released a photo showing Annie and Tuface being presented with the SUV by the state's Commissioner For Information, Aniekan Umanah.

This wedding gift from the governor caused a lot of tongues to wag on-line, complete with false allegations. “That It is however unbecoming that mischief makers and enemies of progress
have decided to inflame the social media with incongruous reports that the State Government is sponsoring an entourage of party supporters to the wedding in Dubai, when in fact the Government is only sponsoring the travel expenses of twenty of her family members at an estimated cost of roughly Three Million Naira (N3,000,000.00) only.

In my view, I think the governor should be applauded for supporting his citizens in the entertainment industry.

This will encourage other Akwa Ibom State citizens to toe the line of their predecessors that have contributed to making their state proud. I have read many comments on-line as well, telling 2face and Annie what to do with their own gift! Why can't people just wish others well and move on? Please, let them be.

[Fashion] 9 Must Have Items in a Woman's Closet

We are all guilty of falling into a clothing rut from time to time. Even those of us with the best of intentions get stuck wearing our “uniform” day in and day out. But while you may look great in said uniform, there’s no reason to keep buying the pieces that are already hanging in your closet.

Whether the items that you continue to purchase are already stallions in your wardrobe stable, or magazines are declaring that these are must-have items, we are telling you to step away from the stores. We took a quick poll and it turns out that most women suffer from an addiction to one kind of piece, whether it’s black blazers, statement necklaces or leather jackets. A colleague at the Uni described her addiction to designer handbags: “I have three and am currently debating if I need a fourth. I don’t, but you know…”

Resist the urge, ladies! You only need one of each of these items. Really.

1. Leather jackets. One black leather jacket will suffice. If you’re brave, try one in a bold color. But other than that, it’s unnecessary, unless you’re a pilot.

2. Handbags. They are hard to resist, especially when you consider the cost-per-wear. However, the truth is that you can only carry one at a time, so most of your collection gathers dust. Back away.

3. High heels. See number two. The same goes for footwear, whether it’s sneakers, platforms, heels or boots. Remember, you only have two feet and can only wear one pair of shoes at a time.

4. Black dresses. Yes, they are versatile. One staffer said, “I must own 15 of them. I can easily talk myself into buying them by thinking, ‘This is so practical, and it’s SO different from all my others.’ But let’s face it, no one else on the planet notices the difference. They’re all just black dresses.”

5. Skinny jeans. We all have that one pair of jeans that fits perfectly, even after a few cheeseburgers. The rest just take up valuable closet space.

6. Jackets. Yes, they can make any outfit look polished. But there’s a limit to how many one needs. As one colleague said, “Some day I’m going to wake up and find I have a closet full of jackets and nothing to wear underneath them.”

7. Tights. They are a staple in the winter. But like underwear, we probably wash them at least once a week, and therefore don’t need more than five pairs of hosiery. One colleague admitted to an overgrown stash: “I think I have 23 pairs of tights. I’m not sure how necessary that is.”

8. Coats. Linda Fargo, senior vice president at Bergdorf Goodman, was quoted recently as saying that one must have a “wardrobe of coats.” We are guessing that she has a lot of storage to go along with her collection of outerwear. We, on the other hand, need to refrain. As one colleague said, “I have WAY too many. I just can’t help myself, they make any outfit look a million times better.”

9. Bright pants. Solange Knowles has inspired us all. But we are wondering if at some point we are going to look at our bold patterns and prints the same way we looked Hypercolor shirts — as outdated. One staffer described her addiction: “It’s a problem. I have at least 10 different pairs and show no signs of stopping.”

With all afore listed, ladies you don't have to worry a out what to wear from all those junks we sometimes keep in our closet.

[Health] "28% Of South African School Girls Are HIV Positive"

Health Minister Declares At least 28 per cent of South African schoolgirls are HIV postive compared to just 4 per cent of boys, it has been revealed.

The country's health minister Aaron Motsoaledi claimed the statistic 'destroyed his soul' and said action needed to be taken against the 'sugar daddies' targetting young girls.

Statistics show 94,000 schoolgirls fell pregnant across the country in 2011 with 77,000 having abortions at public facilities. According to Mr Motsoaledi many of the pregnant girls - who were aged betwen 10 and 14 - tested positive for HIV.

Speaking at the National Council of Provinces Carolina, Mpumalanga, yesterday said: 'It is clear that it is not young boys who are sleeping with these girls.

'It is old men. We must take a stand against sugar daddies because they are destroying our children'

Out of the country's 52 districts, Mr Motsoaledi said the Gert Sibande district in Mpumalanga had the highest number of HIV-positive people and he said all the men living there should be circumcised to stop the spread of the disease.

He added: 'There is also a high number of TB infections ... there is a lot of death and a lot of illness here.

'It is for this reason that we chose the district to be one of the 11 in the country where the National Health Insurance programme will be piloted.'

Roughly 10.9 per cent of all South Africans have HIV or Aids according to South African's Human Sciences Research Council. Although the prevelance is higher in women.

An earlier study found that in KwaZulu-Natal province 37 per cent of pregnant women were found to be carrying the virus.

Last year an investigation in South Africa's rural Eastern Cape revealed how girls as young as 12 were being forced to 'marry' older HIV-positive men because of the myth that having sex with a virgin will cure them of the disease.

Barcelona fan kills and beheads friend for supporting Real Madrid

A Barcelona supporter in Madain - a city a fewmiles south of Baghdad - allegedly "slaughtered" his Madrid-supporting friend with a knife, in full view of several witnesses. "A fight broke out on Monday night at the Games Hall in Aldjaarh, between two friends, one of whom supported Barcelona and the other who supported Real Madrid," an Iraqi Interior Ministry source said. The source added that events took a dramatic turn when the Barcelona fan took out a knife and stabbed his friend several times, before "beheading him in public."

"Witnesses at the Hall captured the offender and called the police, who rushed to the scene and took him to a security centre for interrogation. 'The dead body was taken to the forensic medical department for a post-mortem."

According to Baghdad newspaper Al Zaman, this isn't the first trouble between Iraqi Barcelona and Madrid fans.

Last April (presumably on the day of Los Blancos' 2-1 victory at the Nou Camp) a violent knife fight between rival fans broke out at a coffee shop in Karbala, leaving several people injured.

Unbelievable - Chris Brown To Be Arrested By Ghana Police

Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Cephas Arthur has reiterated the police willingness to arrest American musician, Chris Brown. According to him, even though he has returned to his country, the law which is no respecter of a person can go for him and deal with him accordingly; that is, if investigations prove that he was indeed smoking marijuana. The singer courted controversy when he was seen smoking weed live on stage during the ‘Hope City Concert‘ at the Ohene Djan Sports Stadium on March 5. Many have questioned why the police didn’t do anything about it since it is against the laws of Ghana.

Speaking in an interview on Peace FM’s news 6pm Monday, DSP Cephas Arthur, the Director of Public Affairs at the police headquarters said Ghanaians should not be surprised that the police service is determined to get to the bottom of the issue and to arrest Chris Brown in the US if found guilty of the section 5 of the Narcotic drug, control, enforcement and sanction act of 1990. “We are in a global village and due to technological advancement and laws all over, no matter where he is; whether Ghana or America, the law can deal with him if found culpable. We pare investigating the use of narcotic drugs which can be found in section 5 of Narcotic drug control enforcement and sanction act of 1990, PNDC law 236 which states: a person shall not without lawful authority or excuse smoke, sniff, consume, inject. into the body or otherwise, administer a narcotic drug on the body of that person; and so he can be arrested based on that…” he indicated.

A Brazilian Footballer Star Sentenced To 22 Years In prison For Killing Gfriend And Feeding Her Body To Dogs

A Brazilian footballer has been jailed for more than two decades for ordering the kidnap and murder of his girlfriend, who was dismembered and fed to his pet dogs. Bruno Fernandes de Souza, 28, who was tipped to play for Brazil at the 2014 World Cup, was sentenced to 22 years and three months in prison for the murder of Eliza Samudio, whom he apparently had killed to avoid paying child support after she gave birth to his love child. Judge Marixa Fabiane Rodrigues said the goalkeeper, who played for Brazil's biggest team Flamengo, had 'meticulously calculated' Ms Samudio's execution. He told the court in Contagem, south-east Brazil, that the footballer was 'twisted' and had 'instilled in his personality a total misunderstanding of values.' He added: 'Bruno believed that, by making the body disappear, he could ensure total impunity.'

The former player had previously denied any knowledge of what happened to the 25-year-old, but told a court this week how his best friend Luiz Henrique Romao had paid someone to kill her. He admitted that although he hadn't ordered his former lover to be killed, he had 'accepted' it. The goalkeeper is accused of planning Ms Samudio's abduction and murder with eight others including his wife Dayane, another former lover, a cousin and former policeman Marcos Santos. It has been alleged that he watched as Santos tortured her and then helped him to chop her body. Parts of the woman's corpse are alleged to have been fed to Bruno's pet rottweillers, while the rest was buried in concrete. At an earlier trial, Romao was found guilty of Ms Samudio's murder and jailed for 15 years. Santos
will be put on trial next month.

Angelina Jolie And Brad Pitt Set To Marry In May

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are set for a May wedding after the actor got a wedding licence which he must use within 90 days.

The actor got a wedding licence at the end of February which states he and Angelina must now tie the knot within 90 days and if the pair do decide to get hitched in May the date could clash with his ex-wife Jennifer Aniston and her fiancé Justin Theroux's big day. A source told The Sun newspaper: "Brad and Angelina left themselves short of time to sort out their wedding because of the licence deadline. A few months is nothing when you're planning a wedding especially one as major as theirs.

"Everything points to them getting married in May just after the Cannes Film Festival ends, because they've got their hearts set on tying the knot in France."

Celeb Who Insured Their Body Parts For Millions

Here’s a top ten rundown of the limbs, appendages, hair and bodily fluids that stars have forked out on – in no particular monetary order.

10. David Lee Roth’s $1million (£670K) Fluid
The Van Halen frontman would have surprised no-one if he’d spent money protecting his vocal chords. But he turned heads in his band’s 80s heyday when he took out a $1million policy on his Fluid. Roth splashed out on his little swimmers to cover himself in the event he impregnated a groupie and, as a result, was hit with an expensive paternity suit. And, if reports are to be believed, he went on to take full advantage of his cunning scheme – without fear of split condoms...

9. Keith Richards’ $1.6million (£1.1m) Hand
In fairness, the Rolling Stones guitarist would definitely be out of a job if he lost his hands. So it was a shrewd move on his part to protect his chord-playing appendages in the event of a hedge-trimming or tree-felling catastrophe. The insurance package covers both hands and, when asked about the policy, he waved his arms and said: “These are my business" After all, he wouldn’t get much Satisfaction playing a guitar with no hands...

8. Heidi Klum’s $2.2million (£1.5m) Leg
It makes sense that the German supermodel would insure the two things that enable her to walk up and down catwalks the world over. Oddly, one of her pins is insured for $200,000 less than the other due to a scar on her knee. She told The Sun: “They are different values because I have this little scar. “I had to be examined in London. A guy came and inspected my leg.” Lucky guy...

7. Dolly Parton’s $3.8million (£2.5m) Bosoms
Without doubt, country queen Parton has become as known for her gargantuan lady mountains as she has her singing voice. Therefore, it made total sense when she took out a policy on her 40DD assets – realising she wouldn’t be who she is without them. They were initially insured for $300,000 each but inflation (no pun intended) has caused their value to swell (again, no pun intended). As well as enriching the pockets of her insurers,
her bountiful bosoms have helped to make Parton minted...

6. Rod Stewart’s $6million (£4m)Voice
The ageing rocker wouldn’t be able to wake up Maggie or say anything to her if he lost his voice. More importantly, his career as a singer would be over. He was alerted to the merits of insurance after fearing his voice had been irreparably damaged following throat surgery in 2000. Stewart is now protected to the cool tune of $6million in case his much-loved raspy vocals do a disappearing act.

5. Tom Jones’s $7million (£4.7m) Chest hair Granted
It's not unusual to be loved by anyone. But it’s downright bizarre to put a price tag on one’s bodily follicle growth. That said, Welsh legend Tom thought his success was as much down to the forest spilling out of his open shirt as it was his warbling tones. So he paid out on a $7million policy to cover losses of earnings if his chest hair spontaneously combusts...

4. Jennifer Lopez’s $27million (£18.1m) Buttock
The buttilicious J-Lo has made a name for herself as a star of both film and music – but she’s also much- admired for her bulging backside. Fearing she’ll hit rock bottom if her peachy buttocks abandon her through injury or the merciless perils of nature, the singer/actress made financial arrangements to guarantee she wouldn’t be too down in the dumps if her worst nightmare came true. Losing one’s bum cheeks isn’t a chief concern of many, but J-Lo clearly values her booty highly.
Well, $27million to be precise.

3. Michael Flatley’s $40million (£26.9m) Feet Irish super-hoofer.
Flatley would have faced a much greater challenge becoming the Lord Of The Dance without feet. The 54-year-old has made a career out of his speedy trotters and spent big to ensure he’d live comfortably – financially, at least – should his feet either fall off or stop working. He’s not the kind of fella hapless female dancers would want to boogie with at a party. One accidental misstep could cost the perpetrator into bankruptcy...

2. David Beckham’s $70million (£47m)Leg
Let’s face it, David Beckham wouldn’t have captained England or won countless accolades with no legs. The Paris Saint-Germain midfielder took out what is thought to be the largest personal insurance policy in sports history in 2006. It’s claimed Becks will receive the mammoth pay-out in the event of an injury to his legs, feet or toes that would force him into retirement. The fact he’s a fan of riding motorbikes must send his premium soaring...

1. Mariah Carey’s $1billion (£670m) legs.
The singer stumped up for her stumps after she was awarded Gillette’s Legs Of A Goddess prize. Winning the award apparently awakened the pop diva to the popularity of her pins, and subsequently insured them for a bonkers $1billion. Adding to the absurdity, Gillette commemorated Carey’s limbs victory by having a statue of her legs made. Naturally, she sparked widespread bafflement with her financial arrangement – on the basis she could still shatter glass with her vocals without legs.

If you were a Celeb what body part will you rather get insured?

Thinking of Easter? The Ocean Dome' Indoor Beach In Japan it should be!

Thinking of a nice place to visit with your Loved ones this Easter? Japan it should be! Hear this;

Japan has world's largest indoor beach, Ocean Dome about 1,200 miles south of Tokyo in Miyazaki, on Japan’s southern most Kyushu Island.300 meters in length and 100 meters in width, with a height of 38 meters, it can accommodate 10,000 people at a time.

The beach sits inside a vast dome that measures 300 x 100 meters (984 feet x 328 feet). The heated ocean sends 13,500 tons of salt-free water sweeping across 600 tons of polished marble chips that comprise a long shoreline.

Designed by the Mitsubishi Heavy Industrial Group and opened in July 1993 at a cost of 200 billion yen ($2 billion), the pool has yet to turn over profits, despite catering to daily throngs of tourists.

5 Tips for a Successful Marriage: A Husband's Perspective

There's no perfect formula to a successful marriage. Each pair is different and has to work out their own special system to making it work. Still, it's always a good reminder to hear about what the other half thinks works. We were lucky enough to sit down with one of our close family friends who are married men recently and talk a bit about marriage. He's been married for a couple years now and even has the cutest little boy who just
joined their family. He told us his five tips for a successful marriage from a guy's perspective:

1. Do errands together. Errands are fake errands. You don't have to actually need to go to shop rites or McDonald's . Maybe you just want to buy ice cream or one of your other guilty pleasures. Just hang out together. Half of married life is just hanging out, mostly in the car or on the couch, so get used to hanging out with this other person. If you don’t like hanging out with a person, don’t marry them.

2. Little gifts go a long way, especially when they are unexpected. Buy them gifts periodically. It doesn't have to be huge gestures or expensive items, it could as simple as sweets or their favorite alcohol.Conditioned responses are best created when you vary the schedule of the stimuli.

3. Give them their own time to be their own person. This includes work, volunteering, hobbies...basically anything that makes that person the one you fell in love with. You married a person probably because you liked one of these attributes, so why not let that activity flourish? As long as it doesn't get in the way of your marriage, it's completely healthy.

4. Play to each other’s strengths. If they are the finance person, submit, trust them, and get your nose out of the finance side of your house. Whatever it is, let them shine. Submission, and I don’t mean sexually, is extremely important in marriage and relationships.

5. Know when to walk away. Little arguments can escalate quickly. Walking away from an argument is hard, because we all want to win. Marriage is not about winning, it's about you two as a team.

Whats your view, do you men agree?

Do You Think Men Are Afraid of Successful Women?

For the busy and successful women who are reading this, I will try to save your valuable time and cut to the chase. Your success may be standing in the way of you finding a meaningful relationship, but not for the reasons you might think. The success itself is not your primary impediment to reaching your goals, but rather, it is the way success may affect your personality that could be the problem. Here are the reasons why some men might choose to avoid some (not all) successful women, after reading this piece I will appreciate your views and opinion if truly this can be proved to be valid. These are:

1. It is said that most successful women are emotionally selfish: Busy people can sometimes have a habit of always believing that they are the most important person in the room. The issues on their mind are always more meaningful than your own, and how they feel tends to matter a lot more than what you're going
through. Have you ever tried to have a conversation with a person who will talk all day about her problems and then suddenly have to hang up when you start talking about yours? Well, that's what it's like to date the self-important professional who has never learned to reflect or take responsibility for their dating challenges. In some cases, she was always the special girl in her family, the one who could bathe in the awesome power of perpetual narcissism. Daddies brag about spoiling their daughters, but the sad truth is that there is nothing good about something being spoiled, whether it be a piece of fruit or a human being.

2. If you think that your job, shape and beauty automatically make you a great catch: though Looking good goes a long way toward getting a man's attention. But that's like saying that newspaper starts a big bonfire. The paper might get the fire
going, but it doesn't keep the fire going (a sustainable fire can only be built with wood). I don't care if you look like Beyonce, the fact of the matter is that it is your inner beauty that keeps a man coming back. Men who have lots of options see pretty girls every day. What is rare is a woman who works to be a consistently beautiful, giving and attentive human-being. Unfortunately, inner beauty is not promoted among black women, the same way that men are taught to live empty lives in search of material possessions as false validations of their self-worth.

3. Sometimes the Successful busy woman fails to see the value of elevating her man: I once had a friend who didn't feel that it was her job to validate her man to make him feel good about himself. "I ain't got time to be stroking his ego," she would say. I then asked her if it mattered if her man took the time to tell her that she was beautiful, to make her feel sexy or to remind her that she is a remarkable woman. The point is that all of us look to our partners to make us feel better, whether it is physically or emotionally. Oddly enough, many people unwilling to stroke a man's ego are all too willing to stroke his sex organs. Making a man feel better about who he is can go a long way toward capturing his heart, so yes, it's OK to give your man daily reminders that he's a king, that you respect him and that you love him more than anything. Point of note here, you should know that Affection and affirmation are not a crime or sign of weakness; they actually open the door for you to receive the same thing in return. Like i often say,"No Forming" as long as you're with the one you love. If you give love, you will receive it. The same thing is true for war. So be careful about coping attitudes when you don't get what you want.

4. Most Successful business women work too damn much and never make their mate a priority: Many of the successful doctors, lawyers and Indian chiefs of the world don't seem to realize that your relationship will never run on auto-pilot. There is a big difference between someone agreeing to be with you vs. your actually earning that person's loyalty by being a solid, loving and reliable mate. A man does not want to feel that he is some kind of accessory that you have to have in order to complete your collection, like a Coach Purse or a pair of Gucci shoes. But when men see women high-fiving each other after sealing a wedding date, you sometimes wonder if the ceremony is more important than the person. Treating your man as a pet that you claim,
constrain and neglect is a great recipe for disaster. So, after you finish your 80 hour work weeks, cancelling one date after another and turning down his requests for affection, don't be surprised if you come home from work one day and see that he's packed up his sh*t

5. If you make him feel bad for not being a baller like you: One thing that scares the heck out of men is a high-maintenance woman. In a world where most Open positioning are open to women because of their sexuality for attract prospective customers and client, men are more likely to be unemployed than any other thing, the last thing you want is a woman who
thinks that a diamond necklace on her birthday is simply par for the course. Presenting yourself as a good teammate and opening the door for him to be somewhat vulnerable can make it easier for you to get the loyalty that you deserve. No man wants to get his butt kicked by both the white man and his wife. But one thing that's true is that whether you are making a financial investment or an investment of the heart, you usually get what you give. What's also true is that investing the wrong assets into the wrong places is a great way to end up broke (or broken). So, as you try to reach your relationship goals, you may want to read books about the opposite sex, find out what they are seeking and learn how to deliver the things that will help you to reach your goals. This is a lot more effective than wasting your life on simple trial and error.
